Big Kid Room in Blue
Come along with us as we source a big kids’ room! Our son has outgrown his nursery and we have recently moved. All of this calls for a more mature space. With the move, we prioritized items that were in stock and shipped quickly.
So much of the space is from Wayfair. The rug is a great find with a subtle pattern, but still neutral and super soft underfoot. The bed, striped chair, and petite white nightstands were also from Wayfair. We finished off the space with some geometric lamps. All of these details are linked below. This palette is a great starting point. And our #1 tip for decorating a kids space is to allow the child to pick out one “fun” item that they can get excited about. In this case, the fun sheets were the most exciting part for the new room!
