Her ability to blend cheerful colors into abstract compositions made her a great fit for our artistic aesthetic, and we know you will love her too. Here is a bit more about Ashley’s background:

A high school French teacher and cross country coach turned full time mother of two, Ashley’s always had an artistic bent. Whether decorating a home or homeroom, painting a canvas or sketching with sidewalk chalk; she’s a creator with a unique flair. She’s longed to employ her creativity in a more professional capacity, affording her the opportunity to paint both more frequently and in greater quantity.

Having painted for family, friends, and pleasure, she’s only recently decided to make her works public. Now she’s maximizing her time at the easel (what few minutes two toddlers occasionally allow), pursuing art for more than its escape as an enjoyed pastime. Permeating each piece, you’ll find a palette and style heavily influenced by southern pine, forgotten coasts, and quaint hometown living.
