We are excited to bring you this collaboration with Lauren from Ellifox! Combining her expertise in children's apparel and our love of attainable interiors, we've brought you two nursery looks with classic pillows and the perfect welcome home outfits to introduce your little one to their nursery!
Lauren's approach to nursery and kids decor is minimalist modern. She likes to a mix of neutrals with punches brought into the room through rugs and art. Taking a less is more approach, she likes for a child to be able to grow into his or her room. Thus, she shies away from major investments that read too "babyish."
Rachel and Laura agree on Lauren's take on major investments. We say, go with a crib that can last beyond baby days into toddlerhood. As traditional decor comes back to the forefront (grandmillenial nursery anyone?!), take advantage or adding into antiques and heirloom pieces to make the space collected. We are big fans of looking beyond the traditional blue and pink.
